Per the product description, these require 9/16" holes (14.29mm). They will not be suitable for 17mm holes.
If your tuner holes are legitimately 17mm, the Hipshot 1/2" models might fit, but could be quite tight. The bushings sometimes come in quite close to 17mm diameter, so it might require a little bit of sanding/reaming for a more ideal fit.
