If your instrument has 10mm holes and the space for a full size pot body, then yes. You'd have to double check the measurements to be sure.
will this drop in a Grote guitar that was maded in china it is metric CTS - C500K Split Shaft Pot (aluminum shaft)
and you have a harness already made up for Grote guitar made in china?
