Are these for 6mm metric shaft or .25" imperial. Slines are mentioned, not diameter

All 18T and 24T split shaft pots are 6mm. If yours is larger, it is either damaged/modified/expanded, or it is extremely old and not 18T. There haven't been pots in production with 6.35mm split shafts in many many decades, and they were all 24T.
