Do you have a reccomended resistor values for the LED?

That's up to the decision of the builder/schematic. If you don't know, or don't have a preference, start at 2.2K or 4.7K and increase to make it dimmer, or decrease to make it brighter. Don't go below 470-ohm if you want the LED to last.
