I see the max headstock thickness is 13.75mm , What is the minimum thickness ?

Minimum headstock thickness for any tuners would be about 1/2" (12.7mm), which is frankly the absolute thinnest that any headstock should be. Most will be 13mm or thicker. At or near 1/2", you'll likely need a string tree or two.
