Unfortunately we have no way of confirming that for certain on your behalf, as there are so many small variations in screw hole pattern, etc. You'd have to double check that the measurements provided match the measurements of your existing pickguard to confirm whether or not it will fit. In general, it should fit "most" MIA and MIM strats. We say "most" because there are quite literally thousands of little variations in screw hole patterns and shapes between all the different model variations over the years, so there is always a chance some screw holes won't line up perfectly with yours. As with all replacements parts, it's always best to double check all measurements before purchasing.
