CTS - A300K Vintage-style Split Shaft Pot
The Gibson variety has a 300k linear volume pot, and (2) 250k tone pots. Would using this audio pot for volume be a crazy move, in your opinion? This is an experiment, handed down to me by my mother. Luckily the "Varitone" wannabe and other complicated electronics are in decent shape, but these pots and most of the wiring are dead.

Gibson L6-S Custom had a B300K pot, but the "Deluxe" version had A300K. So, you should be good to go.
