What a weird way to ask for the measurements in metric... You must be a hoot at parties!
Sadly, for every person who gets mad at us for listing a product using imperial measurements, there's 10 others who are mad that some things are listed in metric instead of imperial. In an effort to please everyone, we are reviewing and updating our entire 10,000+ sku catalog to include both metric and imperial measurements. It is a very long, slow, and incredibly time consuming process, but we are working on it. As always, the priority goes to processing/shipping orders, handling customer service/order requests, maintaining inventory, and continuing day to day operations in an efficient manor. We are a small business with a small crew and do what we can. We can only do a handful of products each week. I'm sorry we haven't gotten to this one yet.
Regardless, I'm sure that even after adding both measurements to all product listings, we'll still get people angry at us for listing both because "the metric system is superior", or because "US-spec is the only thing that matters in this industry, import stuff is garbage", or something like that. Some people seem to be looking for reasons to be angry and offended. There's simply no pleasing everyone.
We're good people here, and we're pretty helpful. You could try being nice instead of snooty. It goes a long way in life. Best of luck to you!
