Yes and no. Yes, in that the lugs are in the same order. But, the lugs are physically/visually offset differently, so if you go by many drawings online, you have to adapt them to the switch. It's difficult to describe without a picture. Something like this example of the 3-way switch differences (notice the lugs are in the same order, just oriented a little differently):

It's best to just map out the internal connections visually and wire based on that to get your desired results. Online wiring diagrams aren't always correct. Learn to trace/plan your own signal paths for best results.
