No. They will only fit the standard 6mm 24-spline split shaft pots. If you have a splined split shaft pot with a wider diameter, it is either damaged or a type that is no longer used on guitars. For many decades, all splined split shaft pots have been 6mm diameter. Solid shaft pots are either 6mm or 6.35mm.
