Based on the pictures we've seen of the headstock of that strat, no. It appears to use 2-pin 10mm tuners. To use these, you'd need to drill new screw holes and use conversion bushings. Other options include Schaller, Hipshot, and Graph Tech. The easiest bet would be Hipshot with their universal mounting plate. Regardless what anyone says or how anyone responds, you should always double check the key specs yourself to ensure a proper fit. That is the only way to be sure.
