We do not. You would need to sand the ends down to make it a proper fit for your guitar. 1 11/16" = 42.86mm. So, sand/shape down by 0.4mm per side, and you have a 42mm nut. All nuts, even pre-slotted "drop-in" replacements, require some fine tuning/adjusting of the surfaces and slots to make an ideal fit.
