Do you have more info on the power supply needed to us this as standalone? How many mAh? What plug? Center neg?

Hi! Do you guys have more info on the power supply needed to power this as a standalone unit (which they claim is possible). I checked the official documentation and they just say 24V. But how many mAh are needed, what kind of plug? If standard barrel plug (which it doesn't look like it) is it center negative or positive? Thanks

The DC7 is the standalone unit, and is what is recommended for that purpose. The CIOKS 8 Expander Kit is exactly that, an expansion for a DC7. You can likely do an Internet search to find workarounds to use it as a standalone device, but do so at your own risk. It is not meant to be used that way, and neither CIOKS nor their dealers will provide support for using it that way (you will also void the warranty). Proceed with caution.
