will this bone nut fit my epiphone es 339
Bone Nut - Epiphone Style (slotted)
im assuming i have a plastic nut on my es 339 epiphone and was wondering if a bone nut would make a difference

A well cut bone nut of good quality will bind less, wear slower, and transfer vibrations better than plastic. As for the fit on your guitar, the only way to confirm that would be for you to double check the measurements provided against your particular instrument. The replacement nut should be just slightly larger in all dimensions (except string spacing), so you can sand it down to the exact size you need.
