"Correct" is a variable term, considering Gibson has used a few variations of magnet dimensions over the years. These should work for most "G" pickups (not identical dimensions, but "close enough" to work with most). I doubt the same could be said about Dimarzio. They use non-standard sizes and spacings of pretty much every major part of their pickups. Not to mention, the magnets can vary wildly in dimensions depending on the model. Lastly, they are typically glued in place and very difficult to remove cleanly without potentially damaging the pickup.
