Some customers have found they fit perfectly on their Grover and Kluson tuners. But, as our website indicates, "Buttons are designed to fit Hipshot tuning machines. Compatibility with machines from other brands is coincidental and not warranted." So, it's possible they may fit, but we are not able to provide any guarantees or warranty support when using them on other branded hardware.
If it helps, the space in the buttons is made for a shaft that is 3.4mm (on the flat sides) x 4mm (on the rounded sides). That said, even if the buttons do fit nicely, there's no guarantee the screws will be the right thread for non-Hipshot branded tuners.
