Is it possible to have a 1 ft speaker cable built?
Next Gen - Pro Speaker Cable Mono (choose length & ends)
I am putting together a pedalboard where the amp is on the pedalboard itself. I need to run the speaker out of the pedal to a speaker out patch on the board itself. I only need it to be 1 ft in length; 3 ft would be longer than required.

Sure. Just place an order for a foot one, and then use the ORDER SUPPORT follow up email to MODIFY your order to be a 1 foot cable. Please do so ASAP after placing your order. If you wait a day or more, it may be too late to change.
