Can I switch from 8ohms to 16ohms?
Celestion Eight 15 - 15W 8ohm
8" Guitar Speakers
Can I swap out the 8" 8ohm twin speakers in my Traynor Reverb Mate 40 (2x20W) for 16ohms to get it to play quieter? So many amps get too loud around "2" so I don't think I'm getting the benefit (certainly not the range) of this amplifier.
