This looks like it will fit my Cobain MIJ Mustang with tune o magic bridge... do you agree?

Spacing for the posts is 74mm and post width just over 4mm. I'm interested in adjusting string spacing at the bridge and thats why I am inquiring.

Assuming your measurements are correct, it might. If you're using this with the existing post/wheel in your guitar. The post diameter must be no greater than 4mm, and the adjustment wheel must be no greater than 15.2mm.
