Is this product both NC and NO
Footswitch - 3PDT On-(On) Momentary (solder)
I wanted to know for certain, as I’m unsure if I understand the product. Since this is momentary 3PDT, does that mean if you wire to the lugs beside one side of the center lugs, you get a normally closed (NC) connection, and to ones on the other side, a normally open (NO) connection? The clarification on this switch’s operation is appreciated :)

Yes. Any "Dual Throw" momentary switch will operate either way (NO or NC). It depends how you wire it.
