Do you know if these are a no mod direct replacement for an IBanez SZ520QM?

I doubt it. You'd have to confirm, but being an import model guitar, chances are the holes for the pots/jacks will be smaller than 3/8". We are expecting M8 pots to arrive this year (for guitars like yours), but I can't confirm the exact date at this time. All of the guitar pots we stock at the time I'm writing this are 3/8" bushing.
