450G is the prefix of CTS's code for all guitars pots of all options. It doesn't actually tell you anything about the specs of the pot. The full code is at least 13 characters long, from the options listed here:

They even have other options, unlisted, that would further impact the complexity of the code. As a manufacturer, CTS makes an enormous amount of pots with many specs for many companies, and they will do custom "private" labelling as requested.
These specific pots would be 450GT47K254A2S. The low torque option would end in L. Unfortunately, at the time I'm writing this, we have no source for low torque CTS pots at this time.
