is this nut string spacing compatible with Nexgen fixed bridge spacing?
Graph Tech PQ-6225-00 - TUSQ Slotted 1 5/8" Nut
I have a 21 fret guitar I am building and need a bridge and nut for my build. Basic 62 strat build.
Fender spacing I guess and will the bridge work with this nut or can you please give some alternate options???
Thank you,
Bradley Pagett

The string spacing at the nut and at the bridge don't really relate in the way that you're implying. The two are always different from each other, and are suited to the preferences of the builder or player. You would choose the nut based on your design preferences, not based on anything relating to the bridge. If you're making a strat style neck, you probably want a strat style nut like a 5000 or 5010. But, it's really up to you, how you plan on designing/building the neck/fretboard, and the preferences you desire (string spacing).
