Yes it is, as mentioned in the description. Pb = Lead on the periodic table. This is Sn63/Pb37, which means 63% tin and 37% lead. That 63/37 ratio is slightly superior to 60/40 for easier workability. That's why we prefer to carry it over 60/40.
