Will this Ring fit Seymour Duncan pearly Gates Pickups? Building a lp semi hollobody gold top with pearly gates?
Humbucker Mounting Ring - Flat/Slanted Extra Short - Black
The Les Paul body isn't pre drilled but just has the routing done for humbucking pickups. If this doesn't fit are you able to give me a better option for both neck and bridge pickups?

All of our humbucker rings fit all standard sized humbuckers. They are not necessarily drop-in replacements for other brands/dimensions of rings though, as the mounting screw pattern (to the body) will differ from some brands. If you are building the guitar yourself, you shouldn't have any problems as long as you plan the screw patterns around these rings, not some other kind.
