We sell glue for precisely that (though not the best to ship it during winter). The product description for the glue also has suggestions for alternatives you might find locally: "For local alternatives, we recommend Wilsonart H2O, Durapro AC3471, or Lepage (water-based) Contact Cement. They can be a bit finicky to work with (be sure to check expiry dates, and follow application instructions well), but will produce professional/reliable results when done right. Many professional boutique builders use them. Local options are always best for this type of product, especially during winter."
