Bulb Burns Out
Pilot Lamp Holder - Common Style CLEARANCE
I have set up a wiring harness for a pedal board with a c14 inlet and a rocker switch (CD-02-RK-BK). Every time the switch is turned on, the bulb (Dial Lamp - #44, T-3-ΒΌ, 6.3V, .25A) flashes and burns out immediately. Any thoughts?

If I'm reading that correctly, you're trying to power a 6.3V bulb with 120V of direct wall power. Without a circuit in place to reduce the voltage to 6.3V before hitting the lamp/bulb, it will blow instantly.
