I tried this on a single speaker and I can't get any sound. I'm wondering if all 4 terminals need to be used?
Cliff S2 - 1/4" Mono Switching Jack (4 lug; solder)
I have 2 wires hooked up with crimp terminals and the other 2 are attached to the speaker. I made sure another cab was plugged into my amp so I don't damage my amp, but I can't get any sound. I connected a 9v battery and the speaker seems to work, so I'm wondering if I ordered the wrong jack. Maybe I would be better off with the CD-07-11 model? I'm wondering if all 4 terminals need to be used in order for this jack to work.
Thanks

Hard to say for sure without detailed pictures, but it sounds like you probably connected to the switching/shunting lugs instead of the "common" lugs. One side is for the switching function. The other side is for the main jack/plug connections. If you connect to the switching side by mistake, the jack won't function.
